In 2003, God called upon a young Executive/Administrative Pastor at MCICC to go to Indianapolis, Indiana with one mission: Create an atmosphere for God to restore lives through the word of God and the power of the Holy Ghost. That was the birth of Restoration International Christian Church, a place where multiethnic & multicultural people from all walks of life congregate and worship the Lord God Almighty.

Under the guidance of God, the church's vision is based upon Joel 1 : 25-27 and consists of three levels:-

-Spiritual

- Social

- Conquest

Spiritual

At the spiritual level, RICC works with the help from God to create an atmosphere or place where people's spiritual lives will be restored. This is accomplished through:-

- Preaching the Word Of God

- Weekly Bible Studies

- Discipleship

- Multiple Power Explosions

Social

At the social level, RICC was founded not only to be a place where people can come and see their everday lives restored, but also be a mission hand to the needy in Africa. RICC continues to bridge the USA & Africa via a variety of ways:-

- Teaching on the Destiny that God has for each one of us.

- Teaching people how to walk by the spirit not the mind.

- By having gatherings where people can meet & share experiences in order to edify & encourage one another.

- By doing mission work for the needy in the USA & in Africa

Conquest

The third level is the most important part of our founding vision where we see everything materialize. RICC becomes a place where people fight to get back what the devil has stolen from them. This is achieved by:-

- Teachings on spiritual warfare that allow people to learn how to better fight the devil.

-Having Intercessory/Warfare prayer meetings

- By having intergration services where immigrants can have a smooth transition into the American way of life.
