Rev. Florian Kamanda is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Restoration International Christian Center (RICC) located at 6360 West 37th Street, Indianapolis Indiana in the United States of America (USA). He was born in the city of Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo right in the heart of Africa. He’s the fourth child of a family of 7 children where 4 are girls and 3 boys. His father, Bishop Benoit Kamanda, currently oversees several churches throughout the continent of Africa. His elder brother is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Schekina Glory Christian Center in the city of Chicago Illinois in the United States of America. Pastor Florian is happily married to Mrs. Nelly Kamanda since 2003 and together they have 2 children, Elisha and Elnathan.

He moved to the United States in 1995 and landed in Charlotte North Carolina where he immediately began to serve under the feet of his spiritual father and mentor Pastor Freddy Shembo the Senior Pastor and Founder of Mont Carmel International Christian Center (MCICC). He served at almost every level in the church. He started as a member of the Usher/Security Team at MCICC then was appointed as the person in Charge of giving announcements. He then was moved from the Usher/Security Team to serve in the Music Ministry and as a special advisor to the ladies ministry at MCICC. He later on was asked to be one of the Youth Ministers at MCICC. After serving in almost every department, his senior pastor will appoint him as the Ministry Coordinator In 2001. He will finally be ordained as a Junior Pastor at MCICC in December of 2003 and was asked to hold the position of the Executive/Administrative Pastor. This is the position he held until God sent him to Indianapolis Indiana with the mission of creating an atmosphere for God to restore lives through the word of God and the power of the Holy Ghost.

Pastor Kamanda has been faithfully serving God as a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ for over 15 Years, as an ordained pastor since 2003 and as the senior pastor and founder of RICC since 2009. He holds a certificate of special ministry training since 1999 and a certificate of ordination from MCICC since 2003. He earned his bachelor degree in Religious Studies in 2007 and is currently working on his Master in Divinity.
